An Easter Prayer Touch and Feel {By Amy Parker} Children’s Book Review

As a member of BookLookBloggers I received this item free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are always my own.

Spring is here and Easter is just a few short weeks away. If you’re looking for a basket gift for the littles that isn’t candy I have got a great little book.

An Easter Prayer Touch-and-Feel book is written by Amy Parker and illustrated by Alison Edgson. Starting from the front cover there are 7 different textured pictures you can feel throughout the book including a bunny’s furry belly, a rain puddle or even the petal of a beautiful flower. It follows a cute little bunny and chick around as they give special thanks to God for all the wonderful things He has given us; like the rain for puddles, new life for family and friends and ending with being thankful that God sent  His son Jesus who lives again. The book is so wonderfully illustrated with bright, colorful, spring pictures of fun little animals. The sentences are short and sweet and perfect for early readers and younger.

Touch and feel books were some of my absolute favorite books to read when I was a wee little one, and my kids loved them too!

You can purchase this on Amazon just in time to fill those baskets.
